The lost jewels of Caledonia
Caledonia, a jewel-rich island, thrived under the rule of a kind King and Queen, whose decennial celebrations unveiled exquisite jewels representing its twelve kinships.
This collection, the TÙSAIRE, symbolized Caledonia's pioneering spirit.
But one day… all was nearly lost… While the kingdom was saved, the TÙSAIRE vanished.
Now, Caledonia faces a new challenge: rediscovering these precious symbols of their heritage, not merely as treasures, but as a source of inspiration for a new generation, hinting that the true pioneering spirit lies dormant, awaiting rediscovery.

an expression of innovation, imagination, and craftsmanship
To pioneer is to challenge what we know. Our collection presents a new way of making jewellery investment customisable, and challenges the boundaries of Platinum and its role in the industry.
about your jewellery
Every piece is hand finished and one of a kind, merging traditional and state of the art precious jewelry manufacturing technologies and processes. These processes include: 3D-scanning (to fit and set rough Scottish stones), Direct 3D-printed metal (Laser Powder Bed Fusion); lost wax casting, traditional bench finishing, polishing, cold rivet assembly and stone setting.
Platinum sections feature internal visible printing supports and native surfaces as they come from printing. These elements are maintained carefully to showcase and preserve this moment in technology.
Titanium sections are colored by electrical anodisation; personalised colors can be custom ordered.
All precious metal is verified and hallmarked by Edinburgh Assay Office, Scotland.
These one of a kind jewels are artworks, made to wear with care. Adjustments or custom fitting requests can be made at time of sale. Fragile gemstones need to be handled and stored with care. Titanium areas with color anodisation can be re-anodised if damaged. Repair or readjustment requests should be made to Designer directly, as they may involve processes and techniques not available to other workshops, such as reprinting metal and anodisation. In all cases, contact maeve@maevegillies.com for advice.
As custom one of a kind designs, these pieces can only be returned for a full refund within 30 days from date of sale, if in original condition.
